1. Introduction
By using ApplixyBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Usage
ApplixyBot provides AI-generated content (cover letters, ATS analysis). We do not guarantee job placement or the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing generated documents before sending them to employers.
3. Subscription and Billing
Some features are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plan"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly schedule. All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to your personal resume. By uploading a resume, you grant us the right to temporarily process it through our LLM providers to generate cover letters and analysis for you.

1. Data Collection
We collect your Telegram ID, Name, and Username solely for communicating with you and organizing your account. If you upload a resume, we securely temporarily store it for processing.
2. How we use data
We use your resume text to prompt AI models (like LLaMA via NVIDIA) to generate customized cover letters. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or recruiters.
3. Payment Information
We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.
4. Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and associated resume PDF files at any time via the bot settings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds
Because ApplixyBot incurs immediate API costs when generating AI content, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles. If you experience technical issues preventing you from receiving the service, please contact us within 7 days for review.
